Like a short break mid-show or a huddle mid-game, InterMission is a chance to pause, reflect, and plan for the year ahead. This year’s program is divided into two parts. Part 1: Goal-Setting helps clarify what matters most and create a plan for 2026, and Part 2: Mission 100 helps turn these plans into progress.

As part of this year’s program, we’re also offering an optional, monthly mastermind group and one-on-one coaching—free to InterMission participants—for additional insight, accountability, and support.

this year’s program

PART 1:

Goal-setting

Part 1: Goal-Setting is all about clarity: reflecting on the past year, imagining the future you want, and choosing the goals that matter most for 2026.

PART 2:

MISSION 100

Once we set our goals, the real work begins: making them a reality. Some of our most important goals, however, are outside our direct control. We can’t make someone hire us, promote us, or say yes. But even if we can’t directly influence the outcome, we can improve our odds.

Mission 100 is designed for exactly these kinds of goals. It turns uncertainty into a plan by focusing on impactful, repeatable actions within our sphere of influence.

bonus:

mastermind & coaching

This year, InterMission participants can opt into a monthly, facilitated mastermind for shared insights, accountability, and support, as well as gifted one-on-one coaching to help troubleshoot challenges along the way. If you’re interested in either, you can register here.
