2024

In 2024, we partnered with Caitlin Frost, a facilitator known for her work in applied self-inquiry and mindset transformation. Drawing from The Work by Byron Katie, Caitlin guided us through exercises designed to uncover the fear-based thinking and limiting beliefs that quietly shape our choices. The focus was not only on achieving goals, but on cultivating an open, grounded, possibility-oriented mindset—one that supports growth, resilience, and meaningful action in the face of uncertainty.

Below, you’ll find the InterMission 2024 workbooks, which include the self-inquiry tools, prompts, and practices we used in the program. These resources are provided to help you revisit the learnings from 2024 or explore them for the first time at your own pace.

PART 1

REFLECTION

Part 1 invites us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with where we are now—before looking ahead. Through guided prompts and self-reflection, Part 1 encourages a mindset rooted in gratitude and perspective, laying the groundwork for goal-setting that feels grounded, honest, and empowering.

PART 2

GOAL SETTING

Part 2 shifts the focus from reflection to possibility, with a series of exercises designed to help us envision the future we and identify the goals that will help get us there. Part 2 also introduces tools for transforming the fear-based beliefs that can derail progress—helping us move forward a more open, resilient mindset.

PART 3

IMPLEMENTATION

Part 3 brings our goals to life by helping us build a simple, sustainable system for staying aligned throughout the year. Through monthly reviews, weekly planning, and daily priorities, Part 3 is a practical framework designed to support consistency, clarity, and momentum—one month, week, and day at a time.
