Like a short break mid-show or a huddle mid-game, InterMission is a chance to pause, reflect, and set goals for the year ahead. Some of our most important goals, however, are outside of our control. We can’t make someone hire us, promote us, or say yes; but even if we can’t guarantee the outcome, we can improve our odds.

This year we're introducing Mission 100—a process that turns uncertainty into a plan by focusing on impactful, repeatable actions within our sphere of influence, helping us create momentum, regularly recalibrate, and maximize our chances of reaching our goal.
