InterMission

Mastermind

ABOUT

InterMission mastermind groups consist of 5–8 people who meet remotely, once a month, for one hour. Each session is designed to help participants learn from others’ perspectives, think through what they’re working on, and leave with actionable next steps. It's a monthly, facilitated space for clarity, accountability, and collective intelligence.

What it CAN OFFER

Participants can use the InterMission mastermind group to:

  • Clarify challenges or decisions they’re facing.

  • Explore ideas out loud, without feeling the need to perform or persuade.

  • Benefit from how others hear, understand, and reflect on their situation.

  • Commit to realistic next actions with accountability to the group.

Rather than giving advice, the focus is on helping each person arrive at conclusions that make sense for them, informed by the group’s reflections, questions, and insight.

How it works

1. Check-In

Each participant shares a brief update—what’s been going well, what’s been challenging, or what’s progressed since the last session.

Duration: approximately 15 minutes.

2. Spotlight

One participant brings a specific topic, challenge, or decision to the group. The group supports them through clarifying questions and thoughtful reflections—to help insights surface. Participants receive dedicated spotlight time on a rotating and/or as-needed basis.

Duration: approximately 30 minutes.

3. NEXT STEPS

Each participant names one concrete action they’ll take before the next session, along with a timeframe.

Duration: approximately 15 minutes.

WHO IT’s for

The InterMission mastermind is for people who:

  • Are working toward personal or professional goals.

  • Value structured conversation, clarifying questions, and collective insight.

  • Want accountability that feels supportive and non-judgemental.

  • Are interested in learning from others and sharing lessons learned.

Groups are organized around shared interests (for example, business-focused or creatively-focused work), but participants may be at different stages. Openness, thoughtfulness, and respect for shared time matter more than titles or experience.

ABOUT ANNA

The InterMission mastermind is facilitated by Anna Bohn. Anna’s role is to maintain the structure of the session by keeping time, maintaining focus, and facilitating a thoughtful, supportive conversation.

Drawing on her experience as a brand consultant and business owner, Anna’s facilitation is based on a practice of translating open, intuitive explorations into something simple, tangible and actionable. The goal is not to direct or advise, but to create the conditions for clear thinking and forward momentum within the group.
